What I do

I take regulated B2B platforms from proof of concept to production and from first customer to scale. That means the strategy and the operating model, and also the tickets, the pricing page and the incident call. Recently: pivoting an AI start-up from tasks to agents, designing LLM pipelines constrained by code, policy and security boundaries, and building an AI-native product operating system on Claude and GitHub.

My passion is bringing people and technology together to solve problems in scalable ways.

What people I’ve worked for say

“Ollie is an exceptional product leader with rare clarity, rigour and empathy. A hugely positive force in any organisation – any team would be lucky to have him.”

Karen Burr, Chief Growth Officer, Vitrifi

“I like to think I know what a good product manager looks like. Oliver is a great product manager. He is able to balance the strategic imperatives of the company with the detailed minutiae of the product. Oliver’s style is inclusive, respectful but decisive. He understands that the greatest skill of the best product managers is the ability to communicate – and he does this consummately well.”

Nik Haidar, General Manager, Validis

“When Ollie joined Qredo, taking on our pre-existing re-platforming project, things started to make sense. The structure, organisation, insight and humility that he brought to the table was very much appreciated and without his guiding hand, I don’t believe that V2 of our product would have ever seen the light of day.”

Will Rose, Head of Design, Qredo

“Oliver is one of the few Product people I’ve met that really get platforms and the multiplicative value they offer. The thing I enjoyed most about working with Oliver was his passion, enthusiasm and energy. Like the best Engineers, Oliver just likes to build cool things.”

Grant Smith, Technical Director, 101 Ways

“Ollie advised us through a critical period of PMF experimentation at Thane. His deep product experience and Web3 knowledge helped us think strategically about product direction, ICPs, transitions between approaches, and realistic roadmapping under uncertainty.”

Lena Roesch, CEO and co-founder, Thane

“Working with Oliver was a pleasure, always happy to discuss the rationale for any proposal and take your opinion into account. The QA team were able to produce high quality tests because Oliver was able to create high quality tickets and was happy to clarify where we were unsure of what the requirement was in real time, often under great commercial pressure. Recommended.”

Paul Collingwood, Development Manager, Futrli
